TIP#1

Sometimes I receive emails sent from AccuShow with subject that begins with "RI State-Wide MLS:" -- what are these?

AccuShow is a free tool recently made available to all State-Wide MLS Members to give them additional resources for scheduling showings on any MLS listing by simply clicking a SmartLink from the MLS.  These emails contain the appointment details such as date and time, as well as a link allowing the listing agent to confirm or decline that appointment. For more information and a QuickStart Guide, please visit www.AccuShowRI.com

TIP#2

We have a lot of complex listings that demand personal attention and would rather hire a call center type service to assist us with scheduling.

One of many advantages of the AccuShow System is that it HAS a call center and allows the listing office/agent to upgrade one or more listings to AccuShow's call center support (for an additional fee). For additional information, please review AccuShow's QuickStart Guide at www.AccuShowRI.com and/or call 1.888.601.1788 to speak with a marketing representative.

TIP#3

When I receive an email from AccuShow with a link to resolve an appointment request on my listing, I am unable to confirm or decline. What is the problem?

Only appointments on fully configured listings can be resolved. When AccuShow imports your listing from the MLS into its database, it doesn't know your showing instructions -- how to access the property, whom to notify, how much the minimum notice is, etc. When you receive a request for an appointment by email, simply log into your AccuShow System account via their SmartLink from the MLS and properly configure the listing before you attempt to confirm or decline that appointment.

TIP#4

Why do I need AccuShow if someone still needs to notify the owners/occupants each time a showing request is received?

Owners/occupants don't need to be notified if the listing is properly configured. AccuShow allows the listing agent to specify up to three email addresses to notify property occupants and to allow them to confirm or decline all their showings online. When a buyer's agent places a request (online or by phone) to show a listing, each occupant AND the listing office will instantly receive an email, allowing them to resolve the request.

TIP#5

We are an office using our own tools to schedule appointments. Why do we need AccuShow?

Your existing tools may work well but may have several disadvantages. First, they may cost you money, while AccuShow is free for all MLS Members. Second, your existing tools are not integrated into the MLS and don't allow other MLS Members to schedule your showings directly from the MLS, while AccuShow does.

TIP#6

Why do I get monthly invoices from AccuShow with a Balance Due of $0?

State-Wide MLS partnered with AccuShow to provide their service to the entire Membership at no cost and as a benefit of belonging.  However, this is not the case with all MLS clients of AccuShow.  When AccuShow’s monthly invoicing process is run, State-Wide Members are automatically included in their invoicing.  Although most Members’ invoices reflect a $0 balance, State-Wide cannot be excluded from their billing process completely as a number of Members do subscribe to AccuShow’s enhanced, fee-based services.
