How can I enter a rental property ad into RILiving.com?

1. Navigate to www.riliving.com
2. Click on “Log In” found in the upper right corner
3. As the page defaults to the consumer login page, click on the “REALTORs” link and login using your SafeMLS token
4. Under the “My RILiving – Realtor” heading, click on the “Rentals” tab
5. Click on the “Create Rental” button to bring up the form to enter a new rental property ad

How do I enter a rental property ad in RILiving.com so that it will be found when a user performs a search for rentals on the East Side of Providence using the drop down list that is available on the criteria screen?

When entering a rental property ad on RILiving, you need to enter “East Side of Prov” (without the quotes) into the “City” field. This will allow your rental property to be found when a visitor to the site searches using “East Side of Providence” from the drop down list.

How can I make an adjustment in the "Adjustments" section of my CMA?

When you are in the adjustments section and have the respective property that you need to make an adjustment to, scroll down to the bottom of that property’s information and you will see text boxes that you can enter data into. Type in the adjustment description and the adjustment amount in the appropriate columns. You can make a negative adjustment by putting a minus sign in front of the amount.
