TIP#1

Did you know that with the recent upgrade to MLXchange 4.3 that you can now personalize any property display by adding colored, themed stationary?

After performing a search and going to “details”, look towards the upper-left corner next to the “reports” drop down list and you will notice two icons. Click on the one that looks like a paint brush with a color palette behind it to bring up the choices of stationary - select the desired style, then click the “apply” button towards the bottom of the window. For other exciting new enhancements and features, please review the complete release notes.

TIP#2

When typing the remarks for my listing, is there a way to make the text box bigger so that I am able to view all of the text at once rather than on a single line?

Yes - when you are typing within any text field that will hold 50 or more characters, simply press the F7 key to expand the text box. Pressing F7 again will collapse the text box. Similarly, pressing F7 on any pick list will expand or collapse the list.

TIP#3

Is there an easy way to sort the results grid by more than one field/column? For example, can I sort the grid by status, then municipality, then list price?

Yes - with the recent upgrade to MLXchange, you can now sort the results grid by up to three different fields. When viewing the results grid of a completed search, look towards the upper-right corner and select “Multi-Field Sort”, which will launch three new drop-down lists. Simply specify the order in which you would like to sort the grid using these drop-down lists, then click the “Sort” button. Your grid will now be sorted by the fields you have selected! (Note - you will only be able to sort by any of the fields contained in your results grid.)
