When I view properties in MLXchange, next to the price field I sometimes see an up or down arrow. What does this mean?

The up or down arrow indicates that the property has had a price increase or decrease.

TIP#2

When trying to view a tax report (or any other GeoJet report) after clicking on the GeoJet icon found in the information “I” bubble for that property in MLXchange, it tells me that no pin has been defined for the subject property.

After you click on the GeoJet icon on the information "I" and MLXchange brings you into GeoJet, you must click the "Find" button to establish your subject property.

How can I find out information about the schools around a property using GeoJet?

1) Perform a search and set your subject property

2) Mouse over reports in the upper right corner and select "Schools"

3) Select your desired radius from the drop down list and view results
