TIP#1 Why is it that, when I try to click on a link to a property that was previously emailed from MLXchange, it displays the message "The page cannot be found"? All links to property displays emailed from MLXchange will expire after they have been clicked on 500 times.
TIP#2 When I am viewing the results of a property search in MLXchange, is there a way to view my search criteria without going back to the criteria page? Yes. In the lower left-hand corner of the results screen there is a button labeled "show criteria" which when selected displays your search parameters. Simply click on "hide criteria" (located in the same place) to return to the original search results view. Note: if you need to change your search criteria, you must go back to the actual search criteria entry screen by clicking the "criteria" button in the lower right hand corner.
TIP#3 How can I find out how many active ads I have running in “RILiving The Magazine”? 1) Perform a cross property search in MLXchange 2) In the upper right corner locate the "Search Template" drop down list and select "RI Living Magazine" 3) Enter your agent ID number in the "Listing Agent ID" field and view results.
TIP#4 If I break or lose my SafeMLS Token, what is the token replacement policy? In general, you will only be charged the $50 replacement fee if the token is lost. You will not be charged if the token is broken and you return it to MLS at the time you pick-up your replacement token.
