TIP#3

What phone numbers are used in MLXchange and on the Customer Flyer Banner?

The Office Number is from the office record and the Agent Phone is from the "home phone" field found in the RIAR membership database.

To change or add a phone number in addition to your office number, you must make the change in the membership database. The membership database can be accessed at either of the following locations:

1) Go to http://www.statewidemls.com and click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner, directly above the MLXchange login icon.

OR

2) From inside MLXchange, click on “Home” in the upper left-hand corner and then select "MLS Resources" on the right-hand side and click on "My Account".

Next, enter your MLS ID and password and sign in.

Click on “Personal Information” and change the phone number in the “home phone” field and click on “Submit” for the changes to be saved.

Note: after the change is made it will take an hour or two to update in MLXchange
