TIP#1 I have recently noticed that, when I now enter my SafeMLS password while logging into MLX, it is no longer masked. Why? Based on feedback from users that were having an issue typing in the correct SafeMLS password, the masking feature was removed with the installation of Hotfix 6. Since the password generated by the token is only valid for one use, this display of these characters poses no security risk. TIP#2 How can I delete one of my saved searches? 1) Login to MLXchange 2) Select "Search" from the main menu 3) Click on "Saved Search Manager" in the lower right corner of the screen 4) Change the filter in the upper left to "All Searches" 5) Place a check mark next to search you’d like to delete 6) Select "Delete Search" from the "Action" menu in the lower left corner, click the green arrow TIP#3 How can I make an adjustment in the "Adjustments" section of my CMA? When you are in the Adjustments section and are viewing a property that you wish to adjust, first scroll down to the bottom of the property’s information and you will see empty text boxes. Simply enter the adjustment description and the adjustment amount in the appropriate columns, making negative adjustments by entering a minus sign in front of the dollar amount.
