When changing the status of my listing, when I use the filter in the upper right hand corner (AA to PN, etc...), the status doesn't change. Why?

By using the "Edit Mode" filter, you’ll display only those fields that are required for you to make the respective status change. However, you still have to complete the displayed fields in order for the status change to take effect.

How do I put a property into pending when the selling agent is not an MLS member?

If the selling agent in your transaction is not a member of State-Wide MLS, please use "12345" as the selling agent ID number.

What size and how many files can I attach to a listing?

You can attach any number of files to your listing as long as the total size of all the files doesn't exceed 5 MB.
