TIP#1

Will MLXchange work with Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0?

Since Internet Explorer 7.0 is still in beta we recommend that you do not use it at this time. Please wait for an announcement from us before attempting to use it with MLXchange.


TIP#2

Why do I get incorrect search results when using "days on market" as part of my search criteria?

"Days on market" is an older field that is no longer populated. You should use "ADOM" in its place.


TIP#3

How can I change my website that appears on the Customer Flyer with Banner?

  1. Go to http://www.statewidemls.com
  2. Click on "My Account" in the upper right hand corner and login with your ID and password
  3. Click on personal information and scroll down to the field labeled "Web Page", enter your website, and hit submit.
  4. Your banner in MlxChange will update in an hour or two.

TIP#4

Why have I stopped receiving email in my RI Living account?

There is a size limit on the amount of email that can fit in your mailbox. The limit is set at 45 MB and if you exceed this amount you will not receive any new mail until you delete some of your existing email. The sender of the email will receive a notice that the email sent to you can not be delivered because the mailbox is full. If you are concerned about deleting email you can setup Outlook or Outlook Express to receive your RI Living email then the size of the mailbox would not matter. Your email would then be downloaded to your computer. You would still have the option to use the web based email.
