TIP#1 In MLXchange, after I click on "send email" nothing happens. Why? This is usually caused by a popup blocker. TIP#2 When entering a listing in MLXchange I want to enter "Y" in the IDX field but it is locked and I can not change the "N" to "Y". How come? The ability to modify the IDX field is based on the IDX status of the office. If the office has opted out of IDX then by default all listings for that “office” are IDX = N and cannot be changed. If the office has opted in to IDX then the IDX field can be modified on a per listing basis. If an office has opted out of IDX and would like to change their status they can fax a letter signed by the Broker of the office to MLS.
