When submitting photos, either to the MLS Photo Department or directly input into the MLXchange system, please keep in mind that the photos you submit will be exported to various web sites over the internet, including RILiving.com and Realtor.com.
To ensure that your listings are viewed correctly via all internet sites, we highly recommend the following:
- Photos should be in JPEG format (.jpg)
- Photos should be COLORED (not black & white)
- Photo orientation should be in landscape format (horizontal) not portrait (vertical)
- For best results, photos should be no larger than 640 pixels wide by 480 pixels high with a maximum resolution of 100 pixels/inch.

How can I add information to Personal Profile page of my CMA?
In order to add information to your personal profile you will need to go to CMA Presentation Library.
Tip: You can not modify System Default reports of any kind. You must first make a copy of the report then modify the copy. This goes for CMA‘s and individual pages.
- Locate CMA at the top Menu bar and hold your cursor over it to produce a drop down list.
- Select CMA Presentation Library from the list 3
- Place a check in the box next to SFM Seller CMA
- Click the "COPY"” button at the bottom. You should see a Warning that says "Your Changes have been saved". Click OK
- After clicking OK you will see that a copy of the SFM Seller CMA has been added to your list of CMA’s
- Place a check mark in the box next to the "Copy of SFM Seller CMA" (Make sure the check mark is removed from the original SFM Seller CMA). Click the "EDIT" button located at the bottom
- From the list of "Selected Reports" on the right highlight "CMA-Personal Profile"
- Click "Copy Report" and an Edit window will open where you can modify the Personal Profile page.
- If you move your cursor under each heading you will see a text box. To Edit the text box doouble click inside the box and begin typing.
- You can also add features from the list to the left
- When you are done with the editing "Save Icon" on the upper left of the menu bar (It looks like a 3.5 floppy disk)
- When you save the report make sure you change the name so you will be able to locate it from the list. It will allow you to save it with the same name as the default, which makes it harder to locate your copy when trying to add it to the CMA. Tip: Once you save a report you cannot delete it unless you have access to the DesignerTool module which requires you to take a class.
- When the save has been verified click the "Close" button on the upper right of the menu bar. This will bring you back to the CMA Presentation Report Selection windows
- Locate the new report in the left window and click on the right facing arrow to add it to the list of your copy of the CMA. Use the UP/DOWN arrows under the selected report window to position it in your desired location.
- Highlight the default report and remove it by clicking the left facing arrow.
- Click the "Save" button at the bottom right of the selection window.
- Once you have created/modified the page you can add it to any CMA you have already created.
To Add Report to an existing CMA:
- Locate CMA from the top Menu and select CMA Manager
- Click on the CMA you want to modify
- Click the "Report" button located on the lower right of the screen
- In the window that appears click the "Add and Reorder Reports" button in the lower left corner of the window
- Locate your report in the left window and push it to the right using the right facing arrow.
- In the right window remove any unwanted pages using the left facing arrow.
- When completed click "Save"
- The new reports will now be in the CMA
