I have uploaded my agent photo, but when I view the customer flyer w/ banner it says no photo available.
Make sure you put the agent photo in the image slot labeled "Agent Photo" which is the second available image slot. DO NOT put it in the "Agent Group" slot which is the first one in the list.

Once I have added a property as a comparable listing to my CMA, if the property were to change, will it be updated in my CMA?
No, once a property has been added as a comparable to a CMA it will not reflect changes that have been made after it was added. Since the subject information can now be altered in the CMA any changes made will not write back to the database maintaining the integrity of the information in the listing. This was a change in Version 2.0 of MLXchange.

In the photo instruction field I entered it so MLS would take the photo for the exterior shot and I uploaded the other photos myself leaving the first slot blank for the exterior. MLS never took my exterior photo, why is that?
If the photographer sees that there are any images entered for a listing regardless of what slot they are entered into, he doesn't take the photo. You would need to wait until the exterior shot is there and then add additional photos.
