TIP#1

How do I change my password for MlxChange?

You need to change your password in the membership database. The membership database can be accessed at either of the following:

  1. Go to www.statewidemls.com and click on "My Account" in the upper right hand corner right above the mlxchange login icon.
  2. From inside MlxChange click on home in the upper left hand corner and then click on "MLS Resources" on the right hand side and click on "My Account".

Once you are logged into "My Account", proceed with the following:

  1. Click on personal information and scroll down a little ways on the right hand side you will see the option "Change Password".
  2. Enter your new password in twice and hit submit and you should get a confirmation that your password has been changed.
  3. The new password change will take effect in and hour or two. Use your old password until it changes over.

TIP#2

Will MLXchange work with Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0?

Since Internet Explorer 7.0 is still in beta we recommend that you do not use it at this time. Please wait for an announcement from us before attempting to use it with MLXchange.


TIP#3

I don’t get any results or I get and error when I select a municipality and select an area on the map. Why?

In order to obtain results your search must meet both criteria you have selected. It is recommended that one or the other be used and not both at the same time.

For example:

Property Type = SFM
Municipality = CRAN
Map Area selected = Providence area
Results = 0

With the above criteria your property would have to be in both places.


TIP#4

After adding attachments to my listing, where can they be viewed?

Attachments on a listing can be viewed, after going to details, on the side panel on the left hand side under "Attachments". Attachments may also be viewed on the “information I” icon on the results page by clicking on the paper clip.
