TIP#1

When I send a listing to a client from mlxchange, where do I go to for a reply to that email?

The reply will go to the email address you have set up in the system. To view or change this address click on settings, then personalize, and then contact information.

TIP#2

Is it possible to copy a listing?

Yes it is possible to copy a listing with the following process:

1. Login to mlxchange
2. Go to tools
3. Go to listing manager
4. Go to listing maintenance and enter the ml number
5. Click on copy and it will open a listing entry form filled out with most of the listing information

TIP#3

I am trying to add my virtual tour link to my listing but the field is locked.

Virtual tours must be emailed to virtualtour@statewidemls.com along with the MLS number and the address of the property and we will put the tour on the listing.

TIP#4

I am trying to change the showing or listing agent on my property and I am typing in the name but it will not change. Why is this?

When editing your listing, make sure you change the showing associate code or the listing agent ID rather than typing in their name.
