Full MLXchange Class Schedule

Learning a new computer program is often easier said than done. Be sure to attend MLXchange training to ensure that you experience the full functionality and benefits of your new MLS system. Along with the two basic courses, MLS is now offering classes for advanced users wishing to take advantage of the remarkable customization tools found in MLXchange.

MLXchange classes include...

Hands-On MLX Class - $35
This class if for those of you that need a refresher course in MLXchange. This class will go over all of the functions of MLXchange for the first half of the class, become proficient in navigating the new Virtual Earth mapping, execute faster and more complete searches, produce more effective CMAs, and more! During the later half of the class, hands-on exercises will be administered, concluding with a Q & A period with the instructor.

Hands-On Geo Jet Class - $35
A hands-on look at the Geo Jet tax and parcel mapping systems now featured on MLXchange. This class will teach you how to navigate the Geo Jet system and utilizing all its functions.

Office Administrators MLX Class - $35
This class is for Administrators, as well as those Administrators that do not have their own ID and SAFEMLS Token. Attendees of this class will learn how to run Statistical Reports, set up Hotsheets, customize results grids, and how to create effective searches using time-saving Search Templates. MLS Rules and Policies will also be reviewed during this class.

MLX for Appraisers Class - $35
This class is for any appraisers, especially those that do not have their own ID and SAFEMLS Token. Attendees of this class will learn how to run appraisal specific searches, set up Hotsheets, customize results grids and format customized Search Templates. MLS Rules and Policies will also be reviewed during this class.

MLX CMA Class - $35
This classroom time will be dedicated to instruction of the CMA package in MLXchange. Attendees of this class will learn to: Set up a Subject Property, properly select comparables, learn where to input adjustments and how to best format and deliver presentations of your CMA report and more!

Advanced MLX - $35
Comfortable with the basics but know there’s more to learn? After attending this class you’ll know how to develop search templates, create custom one-line grids and format default searches and system views. New to this class - students will also learn how to effectively create listing ads for the NEW “RILiving The Magazine”.

Report Manager - $35
When attending this class you will learn how to create Flyers, Create Hyperlinks to your reports, and Customize system reports. You will also learn how to customize your CMA pages.

PC Basics - $35
This class is intended for the PC user that needs basic instruction on how to use their PC or those who need to refresh on the basics. Attend this class and see what you can do on your PC. In this class you will go over the basic functions of your computer programs. We will also go over Internet Explorer functions like attaching documents and images to emails and more. You will also have time to be hands-on right on computers in the classroom, if you have any specific questions.

Intro to The Internet - $35
During this class we will go over Internet Explorer functions like attaching documents and images to emails, forwarding emails, how to utilize your MLXchange sidebar, and get a better understanding of IDX and more. You will also have time to be hands-on right on computers in the classroom, if you have any specific questions.

Transit - $35
This class is for instruction on Transit. You will learn how to find on-line forms and contracts, along with entering and managing your clients and any documents that may pertain to their transaction.

MLXpress Lab* – FREE
Need a little help with MLS but can’t attend a full class? Ever been confused on a particular MLXchange feature or simply forgot how to perform a task that you’ve been taught on before like setting up clients for automatic searches? You can now stop by the MLS Tech Training room any Friday from 10:00-12:00 and get the specific help that you need! No appointments or reservations are necessary…just come with your question and an open mind!

*Of note, please be aware that this lab time is not intended to replace existing MLS classes- this is an additional service for those Members who may need to ask a few specific questions.
