State-Wide MLS Changes ListHub's Set-up, Making The Marketing Of Your Listings On The Internet Even Easier!

Effective Tuesday, February 23rd, your office's listing inventory will be searchable on real estate search Web sites like Google Maps, Trulia, Homefinder.com, Oodle, Zillow, and many more using State-Wide MLS' listing syndication tool, ListHub! What is ListHub? ListHub is the broadest, most widely adopted network for listing distribution, and works in concert with MLSs to bring its Members a single dashboard for controlling their online marketing strategy. ListHub brings realty firms a comprehensive system for maximizing listing exposure while providing Members with all of the control, reports, analytics, and marketing tools necessary for driving an effective online advertising program.

What has changed with ListHub? In the past, State-Wide Members had to proactively subscribe to utilize the power of listing syndication through ListHub. Although this model has been successful for over 100 State-Wide MLS offices, this new “bulk” export process will assist all Members with their Internet marketing automatically!

How does it work? With this new model, by simply entering your listing into MLXchange (and allowing for “Internet” display), your properties will be syndicated to over 30 of the most popular real estate-focused consumer websites! NOTE: If you already have a ListHub account, your configuration will not change & no action is required!

If you would like to opt-out of any or all channels, simply follow the instructions below:

• Go to www.ListHub.com
• Click “Create Account.”
• Follow the on-screen instructions
• When your account is created, click “Channels” and de-select the channel(s) you would like to exclude your listings from (changes will be available within 72 hours)
• All traffic generated from these channels will be redirected to RILiving

The ListHub Upgrade. Gain a competitive edge with the ListHub upgrade! The upgrade provides Members with reports to communicate not only your professionalism and customer service, but also to show sellers the traffic that their listings are receiving from each channel! Members can choose from a variety of design templates and download eMarketing flyers 24/7 to use in listing presentations.
