Procedure for Reporting New Office Administrators or Agent Assistants
A broker can designate an office administrator/assistant to have full access to their office inventory. Because this person is usually unlicensed, MLS requires that they attend an MLS Administrator Class in order to receive their ID number and their secure token.
MLS also requires that the broker submit the Office Admin Affidavit acknowledging that the Office Administrator will have either full access to all office listings or limited access to an individual agent or team listings. It is also the obligation of the broker to inform MLS immediately in writing when an administrator is no longer employed by or affiliated with their office.
