Joining MLS as a New Subsriber

A “Subscriber” is a non-principal affiliated with an MLS Participant who holds a current, active, valid real estate broker’s or salesperson’s license, or a current, active, valid appraiser’s license or certification.

Note: This process is only for New Agents who have not joined or been reported to us yet by a Local Board of Realtors

• This form is to be completed by the MLS Participant (Designated Broker) and faxed to MLS 401-941-5320.
• A copy of the Subscriber’s license MUST accompany the Subscriber form to be processed.
• The Subscriber will be activated to the office roster within 48 hours of receiving the authorization form.
• The Subscriber will receive an MLS Safe Token at the MLS New Agent Class

The Subscriber may request a class date for the MLS Class by viewing the schedule below:

Please indicate the class date and time on the Subscriber form. An email confirmation will be sent to the Subscriber’s email address.

Please Note: Registration requested on this form is not complete until the Subscriber receives an emailed confirmation.
