How To Join - Basic MLS Dues

Listed below are some of the basic MLS dues and fees. For a more complete list of MLS' products, services and fees click here.

COMPANY Dues:
SALESPERSON'S Dues:
  • MLS System license fee - (A one time $100 user fee)
  • Monthly Dues - $30.00 includes the following:
    Universal Access to MLXchange, Listing Fees, 6 Month Continuation Fees and Renewal/Back on Market Fees
