Listing Transfers

If you, as a transferring agent, wish to take existing listing clients with you to your new firm, please keep in mind that contractually, all listings signed by you are actually the property of the Designated Broker and respective firm under which those contracts were initially signed. In order to transfer your listings to your new firm, that Broker must be willing to sign MLS’ Withdrawal Forms which would allow you to re-list those properties under your new firm.
