This course will provide instruction to establish more accurate fair market values on consumer homes by using an objective approach utilizing larger searches that include absorption reports and distressed homes percentages while reducing appraisal issues.

** A minimum of 6 or more registrants is needed for the class to be held.
Agent enrollment for the CMA class should have the following Excel capability and understanding:
1. Knowledgeable of Excel Version 2007
2. Know how to do the basics like: open and save files, create new work sheets, print preview, printing, using multiple tabs, and general concept on how Excel works using "cells".
3. Know how to create basic formulars including additions, subtractions, multiplications, and divisions, along with, summing and averaging columns and rows.
