Explore the MLS Exclusive Right to Sell contract. Learn about non-MLS listings and where that inventory is posted in the database. Know the different categories of properties that MLS data covers, as well as the structure of the database using the data sheets. Avoid MLS fines by knowing MLS policies contained in the MLS Rules and Regulations. Also, enjoy 2 hours of hands-on training with the on-line MLS system. (Note: access to the system is granted only after completion of the class.)
