MLS Training Classes - New Agent

NEW AGENT Classes are free to all members and it is encouraged for New Agents to take both.   Please note there is a $20.00 no-show fee for any class held at our location that you sign up for and do not attend.  If you know you cannot attend we ask that you contact us 24 hours prior.

:: MLS NEW AGENT ONLINE RULES AND REGS ORIENTATION

Explore the MLS Exclusive Right to Sell contract. Learn about Non-MLS listings and where that inventory is posted in the database. Know the different categories of properties that MLS data covers, as well as the structure of the database using the data sheets. Avoid MLS fines by knowing MLS policies contained in the MLS Rules and Regulations. 

Please Note:  This class is only available as an on-line webinar, once you have received your MLS ID number and password you may sign up for this by going to the MLS Training Calendar, finding the date of the webinar you would like to sign up for and clicking on the entry.  This will bring you to the Webinar link where you can sign up.   Webinar classes are taken from the convenience of your home computer or office.

:: MLXCHANGE TRAINING CLASSES

This class goes over all of the functions of MLXchange, your settings, hotsheets, auto-notifications for clients, and see how to navigate through new Virtual Earth mapping, execute faster and more complete searches, produce more effective CMA’s and more.

MLXchange Training Class Hands-On is held here at our location in the MLS computer lab to sign up for this class, please select the date and time of the class you would like to attend and either e-mail Josh at mlsproject@statewidemls.com or by signing up over the phone at 401-785-9898 ext. 6932.

Online MLXchange Training is a live webinar that you take from the convenience of your home computer or office.  You may sign up for this by going to the MLS Training Calendar, finding the date of the webinar you would like to sign up for and clicking on the entry.  This will bring you to the Webinar link where you can sign up.
The New Agent Class is free, however for all new agents there is a one-time activation fee of $100.00 which will be billed once the agent is entered into our system.
