Change Your Profile in RILiving.com

How do I change my contact information on RILiving?

Like listing data, the majority of membership information displayed on RILiving comes directly from the MLS system and your corresponding RIAR member record. Because of that, some of your contact information must be changed within those systems. However, most of the information displayed on RILiving can be modified by editing tools found on your Profile page.

To modify your contact information:

  1. Select the “Log In” link found on the top-right-corner of RILiving.com
  2. Enter your Member log-in information (you will need your SafeMLS token)
  3. Select the “Profile” tab to display your current RILiving settings
  4. Select the “Edit” button found within the respective section(s) you wish to revise, make your desired changes and then choose “Save” to complete your revisions.

How can I have my agent photo and company logo appear on my listings?

For only $5 per month, you can have your agent photo, marketing slogan and full-color company logo appear in the contact information-area of your listings.

To subscribe to the “Agent Upgrade Package”:

  1. Select the “Log In” link found on the top-right-corner of RILiving.com
  2. Enter your Member log-in information (you will need your SafeMLS token)
  3. Select the “Profile” tab to display your current settings
  4. Among the areas on this screen where you can modify how your personal information is displayed to RILiving visitors, the last section entitled “Agent Upgrade” allows you to upload an agent photo and to select to display the logo currently on file for your company.
  5. Select “Edit” to modify this section, complete the necessary fields and choose “Save” to process your order.

*Please note: a $5.00 charge will be billed on your monthly MLS invoice for this enhancement.
