Adding an Open House to RI Living

In order for open houses to appear on RI Living they must be entered into MLxchange. Open houses can be added any day of the week and will appear in RI Living upon the next update. (RI Living updates five times a day: 7AM, 10AM, 1PM, 4PM & 7PM).

• Open MLXchange
• On the MAIN PAGE click on the VIEW TOOLS button
• Click on the LISTING MANAGER link
• Click LISTING MAINTENANCE, enter the listing number in the box and click on GO
• Click on the OPEN HOUSES link
• Click on the ADD AN OPEN HOUSE button
• Enter the OPEN HOUSE DATE, choose the START TIME and END TIME
• Under OPEN HOUSE TYPE, choose the PUBLIC
• Under OPEN HOUSE STATUS , choose the ACTIVE
• (OPTIONAL) If you wish to enter directions to the property, please include them in the DIRECTIONS field. This field can only contain directions to property or notes regarding the physical street location of the property. Also, please note that this field will appear in RILiving.com.
• Click on the SUBMIT button to SAVE your entry or changes
